The quality of our gin depends on a healthy environment. We at The Scientist Gin therefore try to produce our gin as environmentally friendly as possible for us. Premium product and sustainability do not have to be mutually exclusive.

Recycled waste glass:
The production of new glass bottles is energy and
resource intensive. We have therefore decided to have our bottles cast from recycled glass.

Bound Labels:

Since adhesive labels contain substances that are harmful to the environment, we use
Faux leather or jeans labels, which we hand use with recycled 100%
Tie cotton thread to the bottles. This is more environmentally friendly and
simplifies the reuse of the empty bottle, e.g. as a water bottle,
Vase or for refilling (see below)

Eco-friendly gin refill:
The production of bottles, including those made from recycled glass, requires energy
and thus harms the environment. We therefore offer our (local) customers
to refill her gin bottle and pull the cost of that
bottle, 3.80 euros, from the price.

Good for the purse, good for the environment!
