Experiment I - The citrus experiment
The aim of this research project was to create a gin that smells excitingly of citrus fruits and whose citrus taste is not lost in the presence of tonic. This was achieved by macerating Croatian juniper berries and incubating several natural botanicals on the magnetic stirrer, followed by gentle steam distillation of Italian citrus zest.
Taste: intense citrus notes on the nose and in the glass. Perfect for summer.
