The Asian yuzu fruit was created by crossing tangerines with Chinese lemons and the aroma of the yuzu peel is incredibly intense and complex.
Fresh yuzu zests are macerated in alcohol for six to seven weeks and the distillate is diluted after gentle filtration.
The fusion of Yuzu Limoncello and Italian Summer Gin creates a fruit explosion.
Best enjoyed pure with ice or with fresh basil leaves or lemon balm and a tart tonic water.
