Die asiatische Yuzu Frucht entstand aus der Kreuzung von Mandarinen mit chinesischen Zitronen und das Aroma der Yuzu Schalen schmeckt unglaublich intensive und komplex.
Frische Yuzu Zesten werden für sechs bis sieben Wochen in Alkohol mazeriert und das Destillat nach sanfter Filtration verdünnt.
Durch die Fusion von Yuzu-Limoncello und Italian Summer Gin entsteht eine Fruchtexplosion.
Am besten pur mit Eis oder mit frischen Basilikumblättern oder Zitronenmelisse und einem herben Tonic Wasser genießen.
